If you go north of the Tabernas Desert you reach the Gorafe Desert, which although not a 'true' desert is a spectacular Badlands landscape. Around this area there are also many cave houses, some renovated as modern houses and some you can stay in!

I’ve recently thought about doing this and probably will. I’ll first probably start with a station wagon or something and then try to work my way up, but this is my dream, and I’m in Seattle too!

5 months ago I watched your video and it inspired me to take the Amtrak cross country from Seattle to Charlotte in COACH. It was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever experienced. I’m actually going to be taking the train back to Seattle tomorrow. Thank you for this wonderful video. It helped me a lot on what to expect. I can now say I’ve traveled cross country by train twice ☺️☺️

I have no affiliation with Jackery - but in my experience everything they say about the power station here is true. (I don’t have the solar panels) For me the fact that it can charge that fast and still be super quiet is awesome. Customer service was really helpful too. It’s a legit product and company.

I get it - there's a style of aquariums with a polished chrome trim from around the same time period that I've always been a big fan of, but never been able to find at the size I want. Sorry but does not look like a work van. That windshield and side curtains scream 'we're in here. Light window tint would help and cover those thermals with a black felt covering via 3M-90 so the pleats don't show. Also, exit the by only the 'curb-door' naked. They won't notice the van.

Such a pity you guys skipped over Knysna ... the Heads is a landmark there and its spectacular views of the ocean and estuaries.... soooo many amazing cafes and restaurants there and you get the best oysters there!!

The charging network is a big deal when choosing an EV to roadtrip in, you would’ve had an entirely different experience if you ended up getting a Tesla. Zero guesswork, you just put in a destination and the car plans your entire charging route with estimated charging times for each stop. A huge plus with using the Tesla charges is when you get to one all you have to do is plug in and not have to bother paying with your card each time. The car is already registered with the supercharger network (for rentals with Hertz they would just bill you at the end of your rental for the charging cost)

The reality of it is . If you can not afford it dont buy it. Stick with a stick build rubber roofed driveway queen that will fall apart in 5 years.
